Studio Louis Morgan is a Paris-based interior architecture and design studio creating restaurants, bistros, cafés, bars, hotels and hospitality spaces in France and internationally.

We approach each project as one coherent experience. Interior architecture, spatial planning, circulation, materials, lighting, acoustics and bespoke furniture are developed together with the identity of the place.

When required, our scope extends to art direction, visual identity, brand image, logo, signage and graphic language, allowing architecture and brand to be conceived as one project, from the first concept through to realization.

A complete approach to hospitality design

Hospitality spaces must be memorable, but they must also work. Our role is to connect atmosphere with operations. Guest journeys, staff circulation, comfort, durability, maintenance, lighting, acoustics and brand expression are considered together rather than as separate layers.

Restaurant interior design: identity, circulation and guest experience

For restaurants and bistros, Studio Louis Morgan combines atmosphere with operational performance. Seating, staff circulation, kitchen-to-dining relationships, acoustics, lighting and furniture are considered from the earliest stages.

Projects such as SOBO, Café DOM, Red Katz and Ventura Café demonstrate how different culinary identities can become distinct spatial experiences without relying on a single decorative language.

Hotel interior design: comfort, narrative and operations

For hotels and aparthotels, our work focuses on the complete guest journey: arrival, orientation, rooms, shared spaces, privacy, lighting, material durability and sense of place.

Projects including Hôtel H and Edgar Suites Passy explore different approaches to contemporary hospitality in Paris, combining comfort, identity and operational requirements.

Architecture and brand identity as one project

A hospitality project is also a brand. Depending on the brief, Studio Louis Morgan can develop the visual identity alongside the interior architecture: art direction, logo, signage, graphic system and brand territory.

Designing these elements together avoids a disconnect between the space guests experience and the image they encounter before, during and after their visit.

From concept to realization

Our role can extend from early concept and feasibility through design development, bespoke details, material and lighting specifications, coordination and follow-through during realization.

The objective is to preserve coherence between the original idea, operational requirements and the delivered space.
